PAYMENT PROCESS


  1. New customers are required to make an initial payment equal to three times the monthly fee when signing up for the monthly maintenance cleaning program. This covers setup costs and resources needed for the first cleaning. Regular monthly charges will begin from the following month.

  1. Monthly charges are automatically deducted on the 15th of each month, ensuring seamless payment processing and uninterrupted service. This schedule simplifies payments while maintaining regular property maintenance.

  2. Any additional services requested beyond the selected package will be billed separately and included in the next billing cycle. A detailed breakdown of charges will always be provided for clarity.

  3. Transparent billing practices ensure that each invoice includes a clear outline of all charges for every cleaning session. Customer support is available for any billing inquiries or clarifications.

  4. Cleaning plans can be upgraded at any time to better fit changing needs. Adjustments will be reflected in the next billing cycle, ensuring that charges align with selected services.

  5. Cancellations require a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle to allow for scheduling adjustments. No refunds are provided for cancellations, as stated in the terms and conditions.

1. Scheduling of Initial Cleaning:

For customers signing up for the monthly plan without prior service: Three times the monthly fee as an upfront payment is required upon signup. Regular charges will commence from the following month.

2. Back-to-Back Cleaning Option:

Upon completion of the initial cleaning, our team can return the next day to initiate the regular maintenance cleaning schedule.

3. Scheduling Frequency for Regular Maintenance:

For customer availing frequent services, we offer the option to schedule the first cleaning after three months to ensure consistent and efficient maintenance.

4. Immediate Start for Past Customers:

Past customers who have previously availed our services and maintained a clean home with us can initiate maintenance cleaning right away. An initial payment is required to commence the service.

5. Service Rescheduling:

In the event that a scheduled cleaning needs to be rescheduled, we require at least 1 week notice to accommodate the change.

6. Quality Assurance:

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 5 days, and we will address and rectify the issue promptly.

7. Liability:

We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items in poor condition. Clients are encouraged to report any valuable or fragile items before the cleaning commences.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any updates in advance.
